• Resurfacing & construction of new internal track.
  Coordination of Procurement procedure involving Private Client, Sport NI & Central Procurement Directorate. Project included the initial project budgets, production of Pre Qualification Documents, tendering procedure, contractor selection, and post contract duties. The contract for this project was NEC.

• Valuations & Contract works for Civil Engineering Company
  Weekly site measurements and valuations for a Civil Engineering Contractor, including agreeing and pricing all contract variations.

• Dundonald, Belfast

• Project Management of new build timber framed residential unit. This project included site identification for the client and complete management of the new build. Given the high level of insulation and integration of efficient gas boiler, this property received a EPC rating of 84 points – B Category.

• Holywood Road, Belfast

• Project Management of new build timber framed residential unit. This project included site identification for the client and management of the new build.

• Artane, Dublin

• Project Management of a refurbishment project. Works included full strip out of existing property, installation of solar panels, new plumbing & sanitary ware & full electrical reinstallation. The walls were lined with a 100mm plaster and insulation board. All windows were replaced with triple glazed units. On the ground floor the timber boards were removed and 150mm insulation installed. This level of insulation has insured an A rating on the EPC guidelines. The project was complemented with new plaster, paint and tiling and the installation of an open plan kitchen.
